Barb Dimauro is the Executive Director of ManufacturerCT. For 15 years, Dimauro worked in newspaper and magazine publishing with stints in circulation, marketing and advertising management before branching off on her own and founding Audience Development Strategies, a company that partners with businesses and nonprofit associations to develop marketing and business development plans.

Being a Member of ManufactureCT means access to a network of diverse faces & voices through lively events in a variety of formats, inclusion in the member directory, up-to-date job listings & information on career paths and sector trends.

ManufactureCT is the only statewide manufacturing association that represents all sectors of the industry, providing networking, advocacy, education and collaboration between companies of all sizes. From major aerospace outfits to mom-and-pop food and beverage shops, Connecticut manufacturers have a place with ManufactureCT.

Our membership is diverse, passionate, educated and strong. Together, we work to improve the climate for everyone in the industry, from Greenwich to Thompson.
