MIKE KELLEHER: Executive Director, MEP: Maryland

Michael Kelleher is the executive director of the Maryland Manufacturing Extension Partnership (MD MEP), a non-profit organization funded by the National Institute of Standards and Technology’s Manufacturing Extension Partnership Program, the State of Maryland and Industry that is focused on growing and strengthening Maryland manufacturers.

He oversees all aspects of the organization and its array of programs and services that help local manufacturers operate more efficiently, grow profitability, and create more jobs and opportunities in Maryland. Under his leadership, MD MEP has served more than 400 manufacturers across the state, generating more than $200 million in economic impact and more than 900 jobs.

Mr. Kelleher has been a business owner and strategic advisor, leading several successful startup and consulting organizations over the last 20 years. He is the father of 5 and is very active in the community, volunteering as part of the Howard County Youth Apprenticeship Program and coaching youth lacrosse.

Maryland Manufacturing Extension Partnership (Maryland MEP) is a non-profit organization focused on growing and strengthening Maryland manufacturers. Maryland MEP and RMI of Maryland work collectively to serve as the voice of manufacturers across all industries and regions of the state.
