Dr. Rachel Anderson is the Executive Director of MEP: Delaware. She is an Entrepreneur and Higher Education Professional. Experience with: Public Speaking, Brand Development, Business Development, Product Development, Strategy, Governmental Affairs, Recruiting, Public Relations, Social Media, Fundraising and Technology.

Rachel currently serves in dual roles at Delaware Technical Community College (Delaware Tech), both as the Director for Workforce Development and Community Education at the Wilmington Campus, as well as the Executive Director of the Delaware Manufacturing Extension Partnership (DEMEP.)

Rachel completed her Ed.Din 2021 at the University of Delaware in Educational Leadership and is a proud graduate of the Delaware Tech Leadership Development Program. Rachel has served in multiple positions at Delaware Tech since 2007, all centered around Workforce Development.

Delaware Manufacturing Extension Partnership (DEMEP) is a federally and state funded non-profit organization committed to helping Delaware’s manufacturers improve their global competitiveness. DEMEP is the official representative of the MEP National Network in Delaware.
