David N. Taylor is the President & CEO of PA Manufacturers Association. David N. Taylor is the President & CEO of the Pennsylvania Manufacturers’ Association, the Harrisburg-based statewide trade association representing the people who make things in the commonwealth. A native of Huntingdon, PA, and a graduate of Dickinson College, David lives near Hershey, PA, with his wife Erica and their daughter Meredith.

Founded in 1909 by Bucks County industrialist Joseph Grundy, the Pennsylvania Manufacturers’ Association is the nonprofit, statewide trade organization representing the manufacturing sector in Pennsylvania’s public policy process.
