Mark Durand is the Executive Director of The East Texas Manufacturing Alliance. Mark is a transformational leader that is attentive to detail and service-oriented to customers and employees. Adaptable and able to manage multiple sites. The East Texas Manufacturing Alliance (ETMA) is an industry-led partnership dedicated to strengthening and growing the manufacturing sector in surrounding East Texas counties.

The East Texas Manufacturing Alliance is led by local manufacturers and supported by a team of public partners including the Lufkin/Angelina County Chamber of Commerce, Angelina College, the Nacogdoches Chamber of Commerce, as well as other education, workforce development, and economic development organizations in the region.

Workforce Solutions of Deep East Texas is committed to quality workforce development in the 12-county region by investing in the success of businesses and residents. We provide comprehensive workforce development services to businesses and residents of the Deep East Texas region.

We assist employers in addressing workforce challenges and area residents in developing skills for the jobs of today and tomorrow. We do this through a broad range of services that includes business solutions assistance, job training, workforce education, child care, and educational initiatives for adults and youth.
