ROD SCHRADER: Chairman & CEO Power Crane and Shovel Association (PCSA)

Rod Schrader is the Chairman & CEO of the Power Crane and Shovel Association (PCSA). Rod Schrader has been Chairman and CEO of Komatsu North America since 2013, where he oversees the company’s large U.S. manufacturing footprint as well as product distribution for construction, forestry, mining and utility equipment, technology and services.

Rod joined Komatsu in 1987 as a Product Manager for utility equipment. He has held various roles within the company covering marketing, sales and management. In 2015, he was appointed Senior Executive Officer of Komatsu Ltd., headquartered in Tokyo.

In 1995, Rod was inducted in Rose-Hulman’s Athletic Hall of Fame. In 2012, he was appointed Board Member for Junior Achievement of Central Illinois. In 2021, was appointed as a Board Member for the National Association of Manufacturers (NAM). In November 2022, Rod was appointed the 2023 AEM Chair.
