JANICE YGLESIAS: Executive Director American Architectural Manufacturers Association (AAMA)

Janice Yglesias is the Executive Director of the American Architectural Manufacturers Association (AAMA). Janice began her career with the association in 1999 serving in an administrative support role. Over the years she has directed or consulted on all operations activities.

In 2008, she was included as one of the 50 most influential people in the glass industry by USGlass magazine. Since 2018, she oversees the full organization with specific focus on strategic planning, financial management, operational efficiency, systems capabilities, program development and customer needs assessment.

As of January 1, 2020, the American Architectural Manufacturers Association (AAMA) and Insulating Glass Manufacturers Alliance (IGMA) combined to form the Fenestration and Glazing Industry Alliance (FGIA).

Two industry powerhouses came together to form an exponentially stronger alliance. Designed to help all of our members excel in a dynamic and fast-moving future, FGIA is focused on building better industry synergies from glass to framing, as displayed in our organizational structure. FGIA is dedicated to improving home and building performance through better glass, window, door and skylight technology and standards.
