David Murillo is the Executive Director of the Western Carwash Association (WCA). David Murillo is a big-picture-oriented business owner and management executive of trade associations, professional societies, and other not-for-profit, mission-based organizations.

Western Carwash Association (WCA) is an association of car wash operators and vendors who make local and regional connections, promote our industry to the public, advocate for our industry, and are committed to educating operators for shared success. WCA Vision is to be the primary source of creating connections between car wash operators and vendors, leader of regional education, and the voice of the car wash industry in the west.

My role as the executive director includes providing strategic leadership to the Board, overseeing its governance, managing government affairs program and PAC and supervising all other members of staff.
