KEIYANIA MANN: President Original Equipment Suppliers Association (OESA)

Keiyania Mann is the President of the Original Equipment Suppliers Association (OESA). Keiyania Mann is an experienced meeting administrator and lead facilitator of MEMA OE Suppliers Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Council and the Emerging Leadership Councils (formerly Young Leadership Council).

I am director of councils of six peer group MEMA OE Suppliers councils. I have more than 15 years of experience supporting C-Level Executives in executing events, forums and professional development meetings that are industry focused, thought-provoking and impactful, which aligns with my organization’s mission.

We represent the largest manufacturing sector in the United States — the vehicle supplier industry — with more than 4.8 million jobs. Jobs that keep emergency vehicles on the road. Help parents pick their kids up from school. Get people to work. Bring us home safely to each other. A legacy of people who’ve made mobility accessible, for nearly 120 years and counting.

And for all that Original Equipment Suppliers and Aftermarket Suppliers do to serve our nation’s people and its future, we’ve created an association with a single purpose and a solid promise: to deliver the strength and certainty you need to take action for yourself, your business, and your industry. We do that through a robust membership designed to champion and advance your best interests.

Suppliers keep the vehicles of yesterday and today running. But we also look out onto a growing landscape of innovation — digital and software companies with smart components, automated driver assist and AI technologies. The influx of advanced technologies and the future of mobility are changing the industry.
