The Recycling Association chief executive Simon Ellin said: “Craig Curtis is well known in the recycling industry and has been an active board member for a number of years. I’ve known Craig for a long time, and have always appreciated the support he has given to me and the Association.

From the largest multi-national recycling and waste management companies, to SMEs and even micro businesses, our one-member one-vote policy and democratic structure means that every Member has an equal say. We also welcome Associate Members including retailers, equipment manufacturers and service providers

Craig Curtis said: “I am delighted to become President of The Recycling Association and consider it a great honour. I am looking forward to building on the fantastic work that Adrian and Simon have produced over the past few years and will continue working on growing the membership, lobbying the Government and the EU, increasing our networking opportunities and promoting our very successful Quality First campaign.

The Recycling Association has a unique funding model, meaning our Membership fees are modest when compared to other trade associations. Through our sister company IWPP and our majority shareholding in Traqa, this provides the largest share of our funding.

CS Recycling have supplied recycling services in London, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and the South East for over 70 years. Our recycling services are provided to commercial businesses and offices, printers, schools, hospitals and local authorities.
