AJ Schaeper is the President of NTMA Tri-State Tooling & Manufacturing Association. The Tri-State Tooling & Manufacturing Association was founded in 1947 and currently serves the precision custom machining industry in Southwestern Ohio, Northern Kentucky, and Southeastern Indiana.  TTMA provides members with networking opportunities, group Ohio Workers’ Compensation discounts, industry news regarding technical advances and legislation, and supports various workforce development initiatives.

Our mission is to be the best metalworking and manufacturing trade association in this region by providing members with comprehensive information and resources to support their businesses and US manufacturing, along with educating the community about the state of the industry and the opportunities it provides.

The NTMA is the national representative of the custom precision manufacturing industry in the United States. Our nearly 1200 members design and manufacture special tools, dies, jigs, fixtures, gages, special machines, and precision machined parts. Some firms specialize in experimental research and development work.
