Her background extends from instruction and leadership in higher education, nonprofit leadership, seminar facilitation, and workforce development.

She has a passion for facilitating systems change by serving as a convener of employers, training providers, philanthropy, nonprofit and community organizations. She has extensive experience creating workforce solutions for employers across all industries.

Elizabeth is a strategic and visionary leader with extensive experience supporting the workforce needs of Michigan’s most in-demand industries, including manufacturing, energy, healthcare, and construction.
