Riley Brand is the  Director of the Gasket Fabricators Association (GFA). Riley Brand is the CEO & President of Jacobs & Thompson (J&T) where he started 12 years ago. Over the 12 years, he’s worked in every area of the company, ranging from operating manufacturing equipment, scheduling plant operations, working in our Sales Group, Finance Group, and Engineering Group. He has led our Acquisition Group through the last 10 acquisitions.

This includes the target prospecting, negotiating, LOI, Share Asset Purchase Agreements and ultimately integration.He attended York University to pursue a Bachelor of Administrative Studies – Finance degree while simultaneously playing Varsity hockey for the school. While at York University, he was a two-time Academic All Canadian.

After completing his Finance degree, he added his CF designation – focused on Capital Structuring and M&A. Additionally, he’s completed JONAH training through the Goldratt Institute in specialization of Theory of Constraints. Riley currently resides in Innisfil, Ontario with his wife and two kids.
