Reagan Bissonnette is the Executive Director of the Northeast Resource Recovery Association (NRRA). NRRA is the oldest and largest cooperative-model recycling nonprofit in the United States. NRRA enables communities to manage their own recycling programs by connecting them with end markets for recyclables.
She was appointed to the New Hampshire Solid Waste Working Group, which is responsible for assisting the New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services with solid waste planning and policy initiatives.
Reagan is certified as a Principal Operator through the New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services Solid Waste Facility Operator Training and Certification Program. Before joining NRRA, she worked in land conservation and practiced law as a corporate attorney.
