Bryan Haynes is the Executive Director of  INDA The Association for Nonwoven Fabrics Industry (INDA). Bryan Haynes established a strong track record of transforming ideas into commercial reality. Highly creative with a passion for making connections to solve problems to drive innovation for customers, currently have 43 U.S. Patents, 163 Foreign Patents, 15 Trade Secrets, and over 240 Invention Disclosures. Expertise in technical strategy development, portfolio management and development of detailed project plans to assess technical and commercial feasibility.

Bryan Haynes has an extensive experience in Open Innovation including working with academia, suppliers and start-ups. Strong engineering background with a specialty in polymer processing and ability to apply analytical methods to assess technology potential and trouble shooting.

He has the ability to effectively lead senior technical personnel and managers. Excellent coach and mentor with a track record of driving diversity both within the scientist ranks and leadership. Industry recognition includes the Society of Women Engineers Rodney D. Chipp Award and the INDA Lifetime Technical Achievement Award.
