Susan Bailey is the President of the RadTech – The Association for UV & EB Technology (RadTech). RadTech International North America is the trade association for the UV+EB industry, dedicated to supporting material innovation, responsible use, safety and education.

Mission Statement of RadTech – The Association for UV & EB Technology (RadTech) is to promote the use and development of UV & EB processing as an industrial technique offering energy savings, elimination of pollution, greater productivity, higher yields and the opportunity for improved, new or unique products.

To serve as an international forum and reliable source of education and information for individuals and organizations involved in the use of UV & EB processing or who supply equipment, chemicals or other materials to such users.

The RadTech YP Committee aims to help young professionals’ (YPs) growth in the use and development of UV & EB technology. We are a group dedicated to enhancing interactions between YPs and senior experts within RadTech. YPs are students and professionals less than 35 years old or with less than five years of experience post-graduation utilizing UV & EB technology in industry, government, or academia.
