Mike Wagner is the President of the North American Steel Alliance (NASA). Under the leadership of President, Mike Wagner, NASA serves a community of 122 member/owners and suppliers from our office in Des Plaines, IL. Our steel service center member/owners represent approximately $9 billion in combined annual revenues.

A member owned purchasing cooperative serving the metals distribution industry. NASA consists of 118 independently owned steel service centers with over 360 distribution and processing facilities across North America. Collectively, representing annual revenues exceeding 8 billion dollars.

The North American Steel Alliance provides a platform to strategically connect the highest quality, independent Member-Owners with preferred Suppliers. These connections help create increased profitability and opportunities for ongoing success.

Our community includes Service Center Members, strategic mill Suppliers, and Operational Suppliers who provide streamlined access to operational equipment, general services, and consumable goods. The organization is supported by a Management Team that generates world-class conferences and events, facilitates the sharing of best practices, and is a leading resource for industry data and trends.
