DARRELL FULLER: President Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors-National Association (PHCC)

Darrell Fuller is the President of the Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors-National Association (PHCC). Darrell Fuller has 30+ years of experience in Oregon politics. This includes a background in campaign management, the legislative process (as a committee staffer and lobbyist), PAC fundraising, issue and message management, and building positive relationships between organizations and the administrative and regulatory agencies which oversee them.

I have been an association executive director and lobbyist since 1996, representing much of the auto industry, contractors, land surveyors, and the septic system industry.

The PHCC—National Association is the oldest trade association in the construction industry—and the premiere organization for the p-h-c professional. Since 1883, PHCC has been the leader in promotion, advancement, education and training. Today PHCC has more than 4000 contractor members from open and union shops, who work in the residential, commercial, new construction, industrial and service and repair industry segments.

The premiere organization for the p-h-c professional, PHCC provides legislative advocacy, education and training to approximately 3,300 plumbing and HVACR open shop and union businesses and 65,000 technicians. Our members work in the residential, commercial, new construction, industrial and service and repair segments of the construction industry.

Members of PHCC have access to a wide variety of resources and services, strengthening their reputation as the best choice for professionalism, reliable products and knowledgeable service—and as a proud protector of public health and safety and the environment.
