Kevin Nesbitt is the President of the Carolinas Air Pollution Control Association (CAPCA). After being a member for 25 years, I’m humbly gratified to start my term as President of the Carolinas Air Pollution Control Association (CAPCA) for 2021, even if in the middle of a pandemic! In existence for 52 years, CAPCA is a regional environmental trade organization. Our forum offers industry, legal professionals, equipment and service suppliers, and NC and SC state regulators multiple opportunities to develop professionally in the environmental arena.

The Carolinas Air Pollution Control Association, or CAPCA, is made up of approximately 600 active members representing local, state and national air pollution control agencies; a wide variety of regulated industries; environmental consulting and testing firms; equipment manufacturers; related interest groups; and an interested general public.
